DW-TY-9900 Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometer (ICP-AES) is developed based on both the tradition of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy technique and the absorption of the latest technological achievements of international research. The series are high-precision, high sensitivity, and high stability. The instrument consists of a scanning beam splitter, the RF generator, sample introduction systems, photovoltaic conversion, control systems, data processing systems, analysis, and operating software.
1. Ultra-low detection limit: PPb (parts per billion) level.
2. The linear range of the working curve is 5-6 orders of magnitude.
3. Multi-element analysis: 70 kinds of metal elements can be analyzed, and some non-metal elements can also be analyzed.
4. Simultaneous analysis of multiple elements, fast analysis speed.
5. Imported key components.
6. Minimal matrix effect 99% of samples have no matrix separation.
7. Wide measurement range: over-range to constant analysis.
8. Good precision: relative standard deviation RSD≤1.5%.
9. Stability: relative standard deviation RSD≤2.0%.
10. Fast analysis: scan elements continuously every minute, the fastest is more than 15 elements.
11. Using analysis software, easy to operate and powerful. It can also realize functions such as measurement, data processing, correction and data output.
ICP-AES is mainly used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of inorganic elements. ICP-AES, as a large and precise inorganic analytical instrument, is widely used in rare earth analysis, precious metal analysis, alloy materials, electronic products, medicine and health, metallurgy, geology, petroleum, and chemical industry, commodity inspection, and environmental protection departments.
